In this new episode Steven sits down with the poet and philosopher Diego Perez, also known as Yung Pueblo. Diego was born in Ecuador and immigrated to the United States as a child, and grew up in a working class neighbourhood in Boston. After having a mild heart attack, Diego gave up drinking and drugs, and attended his first Vipassana meditation course in 2012. Pursuing writing, he started posting his poetry on Instagram in 2013 and has written three bestselling books, ‘Inward’, ‘Clarity & Connection’ and ‘Lighter’.
